Title: Mint Coriander Dip (Dhania-Podina Chutney)

1/3cPlain yogurt
2tbCold water
1tbFinely chopped onion
1/3tsFinely chopped fresh ginger
2 Finely chopped green chilis
1tsKosher salt
3/4tsSugar
1/4cPacked fresh mint leaves
3/4cPacked coriander (cilantro)

Put all the ingredients in the container of a food processor or electric blender, and blend until finely pureed and reduced to a creamy sauce. Check for salt, and pour into a small bowl. Cover and chill thoroughly before serving.
